Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT) announced that the company has established a new subsidiary company, namely Minor Hotel Group (Maldives) Private Limited on June 9, 2021 to operate hotel and related businesses in Maldives, with the registered capital of MVR 2,000 or equivalent 4,000 Baht approximately.
