PTT Establishes “EVME PLUS” for EV Operations with a New S-Curve Strategy

PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) announced that following PTT’s establishment of ARUN PLUS Co., Ltd. (ARUN PLUS) (formerly named as ON-I ON SOLUTIONS Co., Ltd.), a wholly owned subsidiary of PTT which operates the EV Value Chain Business in order to support the EV business expansion, ARUN PLUS’s Board of Directors at the meeting No. 7/2564 on 5 July 2021 has passed the resolution to approve the establishment of EVME PLUS Co., Ltd. (EVME PLUS).

EVME PLUS is 100% owned by ARUN PLUS, with the registered capital of Baht 1,000 million and initial paid-up capital of Baht 340 million. The objective of the company establishment is to operate in the electric vehicle business in accordance with PTT’s New S-Curve strategy through the digital platform in order to promote and to create an EV ecosystem for the widespread use of electric vehicles in Thailand which includes EV rental services, information services for the charging and maintenance stations, and etc. EVME PLUS has completed its registration on 22 July 2021.
