STGT Forms Sri Trang Gloves Singapore for Supporting Business Expansion

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) announced that on 23 August 2021, the company has established a new subsidiary in Singapore, SRI TRANG GLOVES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., to support the company’s business expansion, particularly in the glove distribution and research and development (R&D) businesses.

The initial registered capital and shares are USD100, divided into 100 ordinary shares with the par value of USD 1 each.
