According to G.K. Smart Farming Company Limited, a subsidiary of Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (GUNKUL), has submitted an application of Narcotics Substance Category 5, specifically hemp, to the Food and Drug Administration.
The company has announced that at present, the Food and Drug Administration has approved a license to import narcotics of category 5, specifically hemp, license number No. KorThor 39/2564 (Nor), for commercial or industrial purposes. The type of hemp that has been asked for permission to import is the seeds from the United States.
In this regard, the company’s subsidiary will continue to apply for other related licenses in order to be in accordance with the hemp business plan that the company has determined.
