PTTEP Dissolves “Cove Energy Mozambique Rovuma Onshore” to Reduce Administrative Costs
Cove Energy Mozambique Rovuma Onshore Limited has been dissolved effective as of October 20, 2021
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) announced that the company has dissolved a non-active subsidiary, namely Cove Energy Mozambique Rovuma Onshore Limited (CEMROL) effective on 20 October 2021 in order to reduce administrative costs with no impact to its operations.
