The trade agreement schedules to be signed on Wednesday in Washington, USA, China would buy over $50 billion on energy supplies and spend $35 billion over the same two-year period to boost purchases of U.S. services.
The U.S. also demands China increasing the buying of agricultural goods to $32 billion over two years, which is the number close to the $40 billion annual goal touted by U.S. President Donald Trump.
The source said that the purchase of $80 billion will include buying on autos, auto parts, aircraft, agricultural machinery, medical devices and semiconductors.
