DTC Invests ฿117M to Further the Catering Business in Vietnam

Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DTC) announced an investment in The Caterers Joint Stock Company, the food and beverage catering business in Vietnam.  Epicure Catering Co., Ltd. (ECC), a subsidiary of Dusit Foods Co., Ltd.  will acquire 100% of total shares in Caterers, resulting Caterers to become a subsidiary of ECC.

The investment will be split into 3 periods and expects to be done within Q1/2022 with the total transaction value of approximately $3.9 million or ฿117 million.

To invest on Caterers is in line with the growth strategy of its company which targets on seeking a new business opportunities.
