Energy Absolute Public Company Limited or EA reported to establish a new subsidiary EA Palm Network Co., Ltd. with the registered capital of 200,000,000 baht. The subsidiary will focus on manufactures and distributes palm oil.

EA holds 100% of registered capital. The ordinary share divided into 20,000,000 shares with value of 10 baht per share.
