The Constitutional Court Accepts a Petition for the Ruling on Budget Bill

The Constitutional Court has accepted a petition of the President of the National Assembly of Thailand, Chuan Leekpai, in the matter of the Member of House of Representatives have a resolution in requesting the Court to rule on the validity of the national budget bill for 2020 fiscal year.
