GPSC Establishes a Treasury Center, to Support Future Investment

Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) informed that on 31 January 2020, GPSC has established a GPSC Treasury Center Company Limited (GPSCTC) with the registered capital of 20 million baht and GPSC will hold a 100% stake.

The new Treasury Center establishment is in regard to the plan to establish Treasury Center and International Business Center for the benefit of GPSC Group’s financial management and financing vehicle to support future investment as well as foreign currency and liquidity management, increase operational efficiency.
