AMATAV’s Net Profit Collapses 99.11% to ฿1.56mn, Offering a Dividend at ฿0.05

Amata VN Public Company Limited (AMATAV) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2019 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

AMATAV has reported the total revenue for the year ended December 31, 2019 was 709.79 million baht compared with 1,170.53 million baht for the same period of 2018 which decreased by 39.36%. AMATAV had net profit at 1.56 million baht decreased by 99.11%, mainly resulted by the decline in revenue from real estate sales which dropped by 546.4 million baht or 89.85% because of area sold is only 2 hectors.   

AMATAV has approved a dividend payment at 0.05 baht/share which will be paid on May 5, 2020.
