Bualuang to Dispose of 0.35% of KCE’s Securities

Regarding to the notice through the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the BBL Asset Management Company Limited or Bualuang Fund announced the disposition of KCE Electronics Public Company Limited (KCE)’s securities, which has disposed of 4,100,000 shares or 0.3495%, resulting Bualuang Fund to hold 4.7877% of voting rights after a disposition, the transaction dated on February 14, 2020.
