CPN Reports a 2019 Net Profit of ฿11bn, to Offer a Dividend at ฿1.30

Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2019 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

The performance of CPN in 2019 showed total revenue of 38,403 million baht, an increase of 8.7% and net profit stood at 11,738 million baht, an increase of 4.7% from the same period in the previous year.

The net profit mainly resulted by the growth in rent and services revenue and higher share of profit from joint ventures and associated companies.

CPN to approve the dividend payment of 1.30 baht per share to be paid from the 2019 net profit on May 15, 2020.
