RATCH Signs a 10-Year PPA with ALDI in Australia, Commercing a COD in 2021

Ratch Group Public Company Limited (RATCH) announced that on Match 24 RATCH-Australia Corporation Pty Ltd. (RAC), RATCH wholly owned indirect subsidiary, has achieved a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with retailer ALDI Foods Pty Ltd. for 19.40% of energy output from the 226.80 MW capacity Collector Wind Farm.

The sale of power under the 10-year PPA starts commencement of commercial operation in early 2021.

RATCH, previously announced a long-term PPA for 60% of output with Infigen Energy.The remaining 20.60% of uncontracted output from the project will be sold in the Australian energy market.
