KBANK Appoints “Kobkarn” to be Acting Chairperson after “Banthoon” Resigns from the Board

Kasikornbank Public Company Limited (KBANK) announced that after the General Meeting of Shareholders No.108, Mr.Banthoon Lamsam has submitted his resignation from the position of Director and Chairman of the Board, effective on April 3, 2020.

According to the Board of Directors Meeting on April 2, 2020, KBANK had a resolution to appoint Mrs.Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul, Vice Chairperson (Independent), to hold the position of Acting Chairperson of the Board as from April 3, 2020.
