STARK Names Prakorn Makjumroen as a CEO, Effective from April 3

Stark Corporation Public Company Limited (STARK) issued regarding to the Board of Directors Meeting resolution, the Board has acknowledged  the resignation of Mr.Nirouth Jeakvathanyoo the Chief Executive Officer effective on April 3, 2020. However Mr.Nirouth is still holding the position of director and Executives of subsidiaries and STARK has appointed Mr.Prakorn Makjumroen for replacement, effective on April 3, 2020.
