AMATA Enters a JV with “Broadwin International” to Develop Amata Chinese Smart City

Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (AMATA) announced the Board of Directors’ Meeting on April 9, 2020 has approved an investment to develop Amata Chinese Smart City Project with a joint venture company between AMATA and Broadwin International Investment Holding Company Limited (a company registered in Hong Kong).

Amata Chinese Smart City Co., Ltd. is a company to focus on smart city management and other value-added service, industrial estate and real estate business, and commercial and mixed development and operation. This joint venture registered with a totaling capital of 5,000,000 baht and AMATA will hold 60% of total shares while Broadwin International Investment Holding Company Limited will hold another 40%. The date of establishment scheduled by quarter 2 of 2020, however, subject to covid-19 outbreak and economic situation.
