PK Forms a Subsidiary in Indonesia to Further a Machine Distributor and Service Business

Patkol Public Company Limited (PK) announced the Board of Directors Meeting on 21 February 2020 has resolved to approve in principle of the establishment of new subsidiary in Indonesia by the year 2020 with the registered capital of 10,000,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah or approximately 23,000,000 Baht. PK will hold 67% of total shares.

The objective of new subsidiary is for machine and project distributor including service and installation machine in refrigeration business in Indonesia. The company name is pending and when its registration completed, PK will be informed progress report.
