TSE Acquires “Earth Energy” Worth ฿120mn, Expanding a Sell-Install Electricity System Biz

Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited (TSE) announced that Solar Visible Company Limited (SV), a subsidiary owned 100%, has acquired all share of total paid-up capital, representing 100% of Earth Energy System Company Limited (EES), which buy, sell, design, install, supervise the electricity generation system, providing services regarding development, investment and electric power generation and transmission to government and private agencies which the total investment of 120 million baht. 

 

By entering into the share transaction, EES shall become a subsidiary of TSE. Share transfer schedules to be complete within 2nd quarter of 2020.
