MONO Discontinues 2 Subsidiaries following Business Restructuring Plan

Mono Technology Public Company Limited (MONO) announced that Mono Radio Company Limited and Mono Radio Broadcast Company Limited which are subsidiaries that MONO holds 100% share discontinued the broadcasting of 91.5 radio station,  

This was due to factors including the domestic economic slowdown which coincides with the current global economic conditions, the shift of target groups’ behavior, and the continuous loss of the subsidiaries. The discontinuation was in accordance with the MONO’s business restructuring plan. In addition, asset management will be handled with concern about the utmost benefit of MONO.
