PLANB Acquires 41% in “GOODTHING” to Expand Its Entertainment Media Business

Plan B Media Public Company Limited (PLANB) announced that on June 12, 2020 the Board of Directors’ Meeting has passed the significant resolutions as follow;

 

1) Approved Master Standard Display Company Limited (MSD), a 100% subsidiary of PLANB, and Independent Artist Management Co., Ltd. (iAm), a subsidiary of MSD holding 35% of shares, to acquire 41% of total shares in Good Things Happen Company Limited (GOOD THINGS), a company which operates in entertainment media business, with the total investment transaction of THB 3,915,500. MSD will acquires 25% of total share in GOOD THING with a transaction of THB 2,387,500, while iAm will acquires 16% with a transaction of THB 1,528,000.

 

2) Approved MSD to dispose 36.9% of ordinary shares in Atmos Sports Lab Company Limited (Sports Lab). Atmos Sports Lab was an associated company which operating import and distribute sport and fashion goods under ATMOS shop brand. The total selling price of this transaction is THB 12,949,900. After the disposal of shares of Atmos Sports Lab held by PLANB, Atmos Sports Lab will no longer be an associated of the company.
