GPSC Enters into Short Term Loan Agreement with PTT at the Amount of ฿1,500mn
Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) announced that the company has entered into the Inter-Company Borrowing and Lending (ICBL) agreement with PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) dated June 15, 2020.
The Board of Directors of GPSC meeting held on March 14, 2017 has approved to proceed the short-term liquidity management in term of ICBL agreement between GPSC and PTT, a major shareholder which holds 22.81%.
GPSC will receive financial assistance from PTT with uncommitted unsecured short term loan not exceeding 1,500 million baht for the 6-month contract (Jun 15 – Dec 19, 2020), while GPSC will provide financial assistance to PTT with uncommitted unsecured short term loan not exceeding 500 million baht for the 6-month contract (Jun 15 – Dec 19, 2020).
