JKN Appoints 2 Directors from Morgan Stanley to Lead the Business Globally

Mr. Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip, Chief Executive Officer of JKN Global Media Public Company Limited (JKN) revealed that after the company issue and offer the convertible debentures to an institutional investor, North Haven Thai Private Fund Equity L.P. managed by Morgan Stanley, the world top financial services company. Recently, the General Meeting of Shareholders has a resolution to appoint Mr. Yutthapong Ma and Mr. Akepisith Suttikulpanich of Morgan Stanley to be Director.

The objective of the Director appointment from Morgan Stanley is to cooperate in business direction-setting in order to accomplish JKN’s goal of being a Global Company within 3 years.
