NOK Slumps over 13% after Announcing the Dissolution of NokScoot

The share price of Nok Airlines Public Company Limited (NOK) in the morning session on June 29,2020, closed at ฿0.91/share slumped ฿0.14/share or 13.33% with a trading value of 1.859 million baht. The highest price was at ฿1.03/share, while the lowest was ฿0.90/share.

 

NOK’s stock reported a largest drop in 2-month could have been a fallout of its announcement on June 26, 2020, to approve the dissolution of NokScoot Airlines Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NOK and holds 49.65% of the shares totaling 1.47 billion baht.

 

NokScoot Airlines Co.,Ltd. has been experiencing continuous financial losses and has worsened by the Covid-19 pandemic.
