RATCH Stops the COD of TECO Power Plant in Ratchaburi after the PPA with EGAT Expires
Ratch Group Public Company Limited (RATCH) informed that the 720-megawatt Tri Energy Power Plant in Ratchaburi Province, operated by Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Company Limited (RATCH’s wholly owned subsidiary) has reached the expiration of Power Purchase Agreement with Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand and ceased to operate and distribute electricity to the system since June 30, 2020.
Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Company Limited is in the process of considering the management of such power plant after the end of the operation according to the Power Purchase Agreement in order to optimally benefit to RATCH’s Group.
