ACG Forms “Autoclick by ACG” to Provide Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Services

Autocorp Holding Public Company Limited (ACG) announced that the new subsidiary, namely Autoclick by ACG Co., Ltd., has now been completely registered with a registered capital of 1,000,000 baht. Divided into 10,000 ordinary shares with par value of 100 baht per share. The objection of new establishment is to provide spare parts dealership and repair and maintenance services.
