SCB Establishes “Purple Ventures” to Provide an E-Marketplace Platform Service

The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (SCB) announced that on July 13, 2020, SCB 10X Co., Ltd., the bank’s subsidiary and a company under SCB Financial Group, has incorporated subsidiary under the name Purple Ventures Co., Ltd. with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce. SCB has a registered capital of Baht 300,000,000. 

The key objective of SCB is to develop and provide a lifestyle e-Marketplace platform service, with initial focus on food delivery service so as to offer restaurant operators and consumers a new alternative in food market business.
