BCPG to Invest in a 20MW Solar Farm, Expecting to Recognize Revenue in 3Q20 Onwards!

BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG) announced that on July 31, 2020, the company has entered into the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with Eternity Power Public Company Limited to invest in the solar power plant projects having total contracted capacity of 20 MW by purchasing 99.99% of the total shares in RPV Energy Company Limited (RPV) in accordance with the resolution of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 21, 2020.

BSE Power Holdings (Thailand) Company Limited (BSPH), which is a subsidiary of the BCPG that will be newly established whereby the company holds 99.99% of the shares with an initial registered capital of THB 1.0 million, will pay the purchase price and become a shareholder in RPV when all the conditions precedent according to the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement have been satisfied.
