AP Posts a Strong Rebound in 2Q, Profit Grows 148% to ฿1.2Bn

AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited (AP) has reported its 2Q20 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

AP reported 2Q20 revenue and net profit of 7,792 million baht and 1,215 million baht, respectively. Comparing to the same period of last year, revenue increased by +63.6% YoY from 4,762 million baht and net profit increased by +149.3% YoY from 487 million baht resulting from the highest-ever quarterly low rise revenue in 2Q20 thanks to solid presales momentum and good backlog quality. The revenue was equally distributed between townhouse and single-detached house with total value of 6,732 million baht ( +107.9% YoY) making an impressive YTD revenue of 11,135 million baht (+20.7% YoY).
