KUN’s 2Q Profit Grows 16.8% to ฿15.85Mn after Recognizing a Higher Revenue of Sales

Villa Kunalai Public Company Limited (KUN) has reported its 2Q20 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

KUN reported a net income of 15.85 million baht in 2Q20, increased from 2Q19 of 2.17 million baht, or increased by 15.85% compared to 2Q19, due to higher revenue of sale. Total revenue for 2Q20 increased by 15.50 million baht or 10.40% compared to 2Q19, derived from 1) revenue from sale of real estate of 164.11 million baht, increased from prior year by 16.33 million baht or 11.05% due to the units transferred went from 43 units in 2Q19 to 48 units in 2Q20 2) other income decreased by 0.83 million baht or 68.94% compared to 2Q19.
