SEAFCO ‘s 2Q Profit Decreases 29% to ฿72Mn, Offering a Dividend at ฿0.04

Seafco Public Company Limited (SEAFCO) has reported its 2Q20 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

SEAFCO reported that net profit for the three-month and six-month period in year 2020 were 71.84 million baht and 166.25 million baht comparing with 101.76 million baht net profit and 221.83 million baht net profit at the same period in year 2019, decreasing 29.40% in three-month period and decreasing 25.06 % in six-month period.

The significantly effective: 1) revenues from construction services and sale of construction materials was 732.46 million baht in 2Q20, decreasing 5.58% YoY 2) cost of construction services and sales of construction materials was 597.57 million baht. The cause of the decreasing expenses 1.18% in the three-month period. 3) Administrative expense was 37.44 million baht, decreasing 1.21% YoY.

In addition, the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of ฿0.04/share to be paid on September 10, 2020. The ex-dividend date will be on August 28, 2020.
