NWR Acquires 2 Projects of “Amata B.Grimm” Worth ฿1,000Mn

Nawarat Patanakarn Public Company Limited (NWR) announced that the company has signed 2 construction contract totalling 1,025.93 million baht as the following details:

 

1) Construction contract of B.Grimm Power (Laem Chabang) ; BPLC1R CCCP Project signed on July 14, 2020 with TPSC (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Total contract value is 351,993,334 baht and construction period is 26 months from NTP.

 

The works focus on civil and architectural work for combined cycle cogeneration plant (CCCP) Small Power Producer (SPP) consist of two (2) Gas Turbine Generator Packages (GTGs), two (2) Heat Recovery Steam Generator Package (HRSGs) and one extraction-condensing Steam Turbine Generator Packages (STG) with water cooled condenser utilizing open loop forced draft cooling tower. The net electrical output shall approx. 210 MW.

 

2) Construction contract of Amata B.Grimm Power 1 & Amata B.Grimm Power 2 ; ABP1R & ABP2R Project signed on August 6, 2020 with TPSC (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Total contract value is 673,940,116 baht and construction period is 26 months from NTP.

 

The works focus on civil and architectural work for a Small Power Producer (SPP2) 2 combined cycle cogeneration plant (CCCP) projects for 2 power plants which are brown field projects replacing existing consist of 2 Gas Turbine Generator Packages (GTGs), 2 Heat Recovery Steam Generator Package (HRSGs) and one extraction-condensing Steam Turbine Generator Packages (STG) with water cooled condenser utilizing open loop forced draft cooling tower power plants. The net electrical output shall approx. 2×140 MW.
