BDMS Dissolves 2 Subsidiaries “BDMS Inter – Cool and Joy”, Affirming No Operation Impact

Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited (BDMS) announced the dissolution of the company’s subsidiaries and affiliate, which are not currently in operation, consist of 1) BDMS Inter Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), BDMS’s 100% owned subsidiary, with the registered and paid-up capital of USD 200,000 and 2) Cool and Joy Co., Ltd., BDMS’s 30% shareholding affiliate, with the registered and paid-up capital of Baht 5,000,000. 

BDMS will proceed with the register of business dissolution and relevant legal issues. Please note that the dissolution of such subsidiary and affiliate will not have any impacts on the company’s business operation nor financial status.
