TRUE Forms “True Digital Vietnam” to Operate Data Analytic and Digital Solution Business

True Corporation Public Company Limited (TRUE) announced that True Digital Group Company Limited (TDG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company Group, has established a new subsidiary in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam namely True Digital Vietnam Joint Stock Company for Data Analytics and Digital Solutions business with a total investment of Vietnam Dong VND 4,649,600,000 or approximately Baht 6,323,456

Registered and paid-up capital is Vietnam Dong VND 4,649,600,000 divided into 464,960 ordinary shares at a par value of Vietnam Dong 10,000 each. Regarding shareholder structure, TDG holds 464,950 shares, representing 99.998%of total issued shares.
