PTT Appoints “Pailin Chuchottaworn” as Independent Director, Effective from September 11

PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) announced that the State Owned Enterprises Commission has approved an appointment of a new PTT director, pursuant to the resolution of PTT Board of Directors Meeting No. 8/ 2020 held on August 20, 2020, to appoint Mr. Pailin Chuchottaworn, Independent Director, in replacement of Mr. Supattanapong Punmeechaow. PTT has inspected the qualification of the directorship of Mr. Pailin Chuchottaworn that he is qualified according to the applicable laws and regulations. The appointment is effective from September 11, 2020 onwards.

With reference to the aforementioned resolutions of PTT Board of Directors, after the State Owned Enterprises Commission has approved the directorship of Mr. Pailin Chuchottaworn, the Enterprise Risk Management Committee is as follows:

 

Mr. Pailin Chuchottaworn Independent Director as the Chairman (newly appointed)

Mr.Thon Thamrongnawasawat Independent Director as a member (unchanged)

Mr. Chumpol Rimsakorn Director as a member (unchanged)

Mrs. Premrutai Vinaiphat Director as a member (unchanged)

 

The appointment is effective from September 11, 2020 onwards.
