SIRI Invests ฿25Mn to Operate Insurance Brokerage Business

Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) announced that Sansiri China Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary in which the Company holds 100% of its total registered capital) has invested in a newly established associated company, namely Hugs Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. (Hugs), for 25% of its total issued shares with an investment value of 25 million baht in order to expand a new business of the Company and support the Company’s business.
