MINT Clarifies Sizzler USA Declares Bankruptcy Has No Impact on Operation

Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT) clarified in reference to the news that Sizzler USA files for bankruptcy because of COVID-19 pandemic, that Sizzler USA filing has no relationship and no impact on the Company’s operation at all. This was due to the fact that Sizzler in Thailand is a franchisee of Sizzler in Australia who is the owner of Sizzler brand in Asia-Pacific. Sizzler USA is a completely separate company from Sizzler in Australia and Thailand.
