3 TQM Major Shareholders Dispose 1.23% Stake to Buoy Liquidity-Expand Strategic Partners

TQM Corporation Public Company Limited (TQM) clarified the transaction to sell TQM shares by the way of trading on the SET big Lot Board (the Bog Lot Transaction) of 3,685,000 shares, representing 1.23% of the total issued shares. The shares were sold by Mr.Unchalin Punnipa, Miss Ratana Punnipa and Mr.Ampon On-iam (company’s directors) in order to expand strategic partners. Moreover, this transaction will increase Company’s trading liquidity.

This transaction does not affect the management structure and business policy in all aspects.
