CHAYO Forms “CHAYO JV” to Invest in Asset Management Business

Chayo Group Public Company Limited (CHAYO) announced that on October 14, 2020  “Chayo JV Company Limited (CHAYO JV)”. a new subsidiary has already been set up and already registered with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, with the registered capital of 55 million baht.

 

The main objective of CHAYO JV is to invest and/or co-invest in asset management business and/or related business. In the beginning, CHAYO will hold 99.99% in CHAYO JV. 

 

At present, CHAYO is in the process of negotiating with investors. If CHAYO is able to negotiate with investors, the shareholding of CHAYO JV will change accordingly. However, the shareholding of CHAYO in  CHAYO JV will not less than 51%
