SCGP to Debut Its Trading Day Tomorrow! Prices IPO at ฿35/Share

SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCGP) announced that its securities will be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and begin the trading on October 22, 2020. The number of common stock is 4,253,550,000 units with the par value at 1.00 baht per share and the paid-up capital of 4,253,550,000 baht.

 

The IPO price is 35.00 per share with the offering amount of 1,127,550 shares between September 28 – October 14, 2020, and allocated to the public totaling 958,418,335 shares. 

 

SCGP operates as a holding company providing integrated packaging solutions with 2 main businesses, which are (1) Integrated Packaging Chain and (2) Fibrous Chain. SCGP’s core company generating profit is Siam Kraft Industry Co., Ltd.

 

In addition, SCGP has set the greenshoe option of 169,130,000 shares.
