SAWAD Forms “Srisawad Digital” to Operate Digital Loan Service, Expanding Lending Biz

Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited (SAWAD) announced that the Company has established new subsidiary namely Srisawad Digital Company Limited, with a registered capital of 50,000,000 baht divided into 500,000 common shares, at the par value of 100 baht each, to operate digital personal loan service in the purpose of expanding the Company’s lending business. Regarding the structure of holdings, SAWAD will hold 499,997 shares.
