CHOW Forms “Premier Solution Australia 2” to Expand the Renewable Energy Investment

Chow Steel Industries Public Company Limited (CHOW) announced that Chow Energy Public Company Limited (CEPL), a 87.36% owned subsidiary of CHOW, has established a subsidiary in Australia namely Premier Solution Australia 2 Pty, Ltd. (PSAU2) to invest in renewable energy of CHOW Group in Australia.
