DOD Signs a ฿10Mn Contract for Installation of Solar Cell Panels at Samut Sakhon Factory

DOD Biotech Public Company Limited (DOD) announced that the Board of Directors Meeting held on October 29, 2020, has approved the connected transaction between the Company and Christiani & Nielsen Energy Solutions Company Limited, which have the same directors as Mr. Thanin Srisethi, to enter a purchase transaction and provide installation of solar cell panels for electricity generation totaling 500 kWp or 3,000 sqm. at DOD’s factory located in Samut Sakhon Province with a total purchase and installation value of 10.43 million baht (excluding VAT) and a 180-day installation period with payment terms as follows:

1) 10% Advanced payment after signing the agreement. 

2) 35% on delivery of solar cell panel and other key equipment on-site. 

3) 35% upon completion of installation work. 

4)15% upon completion of the agreement. 

5) 5% upon completion of commissioning and facility handover.
