CHAYO’s 3Q Profit Rises 2.6% to ฿32Mn due to the Increase in Interest Income

Chayo Group Public Company Limited (CHAYO) has reported its 3Q20 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

The net profit of CHAYO in 3Q20 was 32 million baht, increasing 2.6% YoY, while the net profit for the 9 months period was 118 million baht, increasing 29.25% YoY. The main reason for the increment arose from the increment of interest income and gain on disposal of the foreclosed asset (NPAs).

Total income in 3Q20 was 120.56 million baht, increasing 76.14% YoY, due to the increment of interest income from loan to non-performing assets around 52.08 million baht, the increment of income from lending around 1.56 million baht and the increment of income from selling goods around 1.89 million baht.
