KUMWEL’s 3Q Profit Jumps 123% to ฿10.6Mn due to an Increase in Sales Revenue

Kumwell Corporation Public Company Limited (KUMWEL) has reported its 3Q20 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

Net profit for the third quarter of 2020 was worth 10.61 million baht, up 122.69% from 4.77 million baht of the same period of last year. For the first nine months of 2020, net profit was 33.52 million baht, up 58.62% from the same period of last year.

 

Company and its subsidiaries had sales revenues of a grounding system worth 43.10 million baht, increasing 9.25% YoY. Sales of the lightning system were 63.22 million baht, up 6.11% YoY. Overseas sales recovered significantly in the quarter as a downward trend in coronavirus spread led to a reopening of affected areas, along with transportations and deliveries of products returning near normal conditions.

 

Meanwhile demand from domestic large scale infrastructure projects and buildings under construction was stable compared with the same period last year. Foreign sales were 26.84 million baht, up 27.75% YoY. Domestic sales were 86.32 million baht. Total sales were 113.16 million baht, 5.93% higher YoY.
