KUN Books a Profit of ฿15Mn in 3Q, Owing to a Higher Revenue of Sales

Villa Kunalai Public Company Limited (KUN) has reported its 3Q20 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows; 

In Q3’2020, because of higher revenue of sales, KUN has net income of THB 15.24 million, increased from Q3’2019 of THB 0.05 million, or increased by 0.33% compared to Q3’2019.

 

Total revenue for Q3’2020 increased by THB 13.46 million or 8.56% compared to Q3’2019 comprised of revenue from sale of real estate of THB 170.20 million, increased from prior year by THB 14.30 million or 9.17% due to increased units transferred of single detached house and twin house, and other income decreased by THB 0.84 million or 62.22% compared to Q3’2019.
