ROJNA’s Profit Drops 87% to ฿93Mn in 3Q due to a Decrease in Revenues

Rojana Industrial Park Public Company Limited (ROJNA) has reported its 3Q20 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

ROJNA reported a net profit of 93.4 million baht, decreased 86.56% from 695 million baht a year ago, mainly due to a decrease in land sales since the customers were not due for the final payment and land transferring during this period, as well as a decrease in revenue from electricity sales.

 

Meanwhile, the revenue from services and rental fees, which are water sales for industrial use, service of wastewater treatment and public service fees from water consumption for industrial use, decreased due to the Covid-19 pandemic and government lockdown measures, causing the factories to reduce working hours.
