BIG Acquires “PICCASUS” to Support the Distribution of Camera Products-Equipments

BIG Camera Corporation Public Company Limited (BIG) announced on November 13, 2020 the company has approved to acquire 100% of the ordinary shares of Piccasus Company Limited (PICCASUS) in order to expand more business to support the distribution of camera products, photographic equipment and imported for selling cameras and provides camera repair services, photographic equipment as well as buying, renting and selling cameras, photographic equipment and second-hand photography equipment. 

 

PICCASUS has operated a business as a distributor of camera products, photographic equipment and imported for selling cameras, photographic equipment it also provides camera repair services, photographic equipment as well as buying, renting and selling cameras and second-hand photographic equipment.

 

BIG foresaw an opportunity entering into this transaction to result in the company able to grow sustainably.
