PTT Appoints “Thosaporn Sirisumphand” as Independent Director, Effective from Nov 18
PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) announced the Board of Directors has resolved in the Meeting held on October 15, 2020 to appoint Professor Dr. Thosaporn Sirisumphand, as Independent Director, in replacement of Mr. Krairit Euchukanonchai. The Effective date shall be the date of approval from the State Enterprise Policy Committee in which theState Enterprise Policy Officer has sent to PTT the approval of the appointment letter, dated November 6, 2020.
The Board of Directors has a resolution in the meeting held on November 18, 2020, to appoint Professor Dr. Thosaporn Sirisumphand as the Chairman of the Board, effective from November 18, 2020 onwards.
Dr. Thosaporn Sirisumphand is a former NESDC secretary-general.
