NRF Takes Over “City Food” after Acquiring Additional 85% Stake

NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (NRF) announced that on November 30, 2020 the Company has acquired additional ordinary shares in a number of 1,087,999 shares, which represent 84.99% of the total issued share capital of City Food Co., Ltd. (City Food). 

 

Such number of shares, together with the existing shares of 129,000 shares (equaling to 15% of total shares in City Food), would result in the Company holding a total of 99.99% in City Food. Upon the completion of this transaction, City Food would become a subsidiary of NRF.

 

City Food Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer, importer and exporter of food seasoning products.
